Neelgund Developers had a visual identity frozen in time – an old logo that lacked cohesion, clarity, and the contemporary appeal needed to reflect their evolving vision.
They were ready for a fresh start. Our task was to refresh the brand identity—from the logo to stationery—infusing it with a unified, modern aesthetic that aligned with the company’s values and aspirations.
At the heart of this transformation was Neelgund’s deep commitment to sustainability. The new logo features a clean, contemporary typeface paired with a green house motif and a subtle leaf—a quiet yet powerful reflection of their eco-conscious ethos.
Inspired by their heartfelt tagline, “Sabka sapna, ek ghar ho apna,” we wrote a bespoke poem that now welcomes visitors at their office—a poetic expression of their mission to build not just houses, but dreams.
To further bring the brand to life, we conceptualised and designed a series of thematic illustrations and environmental graphics for their office interiors. Cabins feature inspiring quotes, while meeting rooms explore the idea of ‘home as an emotion’—creating a space that’s not just visually consistent, but emotionally resonant.
