KLE Technological University is a well-established name in North Karnataka, known for its legacy in education and healthcare under the KLE Society. However, its visual identity and communications lacked consistency and a modern touch that could truly reflect its evolving vision.
Refreshing with Purpose: From Insight to Identity
We began with one-on-one conversations to deeply understand the brand’s mission, vision, target audience, and unique value propositions. This organic, dialogue-driven approach laid the foundation for our research and ideation, allowing the brand’s core to emerge naturally.
Through this process, we uncovered the brand narrative, defined its positioning, and articulated its personality and voice.
Rather than starting from scratch, we chose to honour the legacy by retaining the original logo—refining its usage and presentation to align with the new direction. To complement the evolved positioning, we crafted a visual language with thoughtful choices in brand colours and typography, giving the identity a contemporary and cohesive expression.

The result was a refreshed brand identity, complete with updated stationery and social media design templates—ready for launch and built to resonate with today’s audience while staying true to its roots.

Strengthening Digital Presence
We began with a comprehensive review of KLE Tech’s social media presence, assessing the quality of content and benchmarking it against industry peers—both in India and internationally. This research provided key insights that helped us shape a content strategy focused on clear, purposeful messaging across platforms.
Following a hygiene check of all existing social accounts, we took on the end-to-end management of their digital presence. This included content planning, creation, and scheduling—all aligned with the overarching brand strategy to ensure consistency, relevance, and engagement with target audiences.

Illuminating Innovation: Brand Films for STAR Labs at KLE Tech
The Science & Technology Advanced Research (STAR Labs) initiative is KLE Tech’s bold step toward becoming a globally recognized, research-intensive university by 2030. With a strong commitment to innovation and industry collaboration, STAR Labs aims to push the frontiers of knowledge in critical areas of science and technology.
To bring this vision to life, we developed a brand film that captures the essence of STAR Labs—its purpose, potential, and pioneering spirit. In addition, we created seven independent lab films, each spotlighting a specific focus area such as Artificial Intelligence, Automation & Robotics, Visual Intelligence, Energy & Environment, Electric Vehicles, Material Science and Intelligent Mobility.
Each film showcases the labs’ cutting-edge research, real-world impact, and collaborations with industry—positioning STAR Labs as a hub of innovation, academic excellence, and future-forward thinking.
